Dave Gallagher

Investment Advisor Representative

Dave is President of Top-Down Design Inc. and is affiliated with Vantage Wealth as an Investment Advisor Representative. With over 30 years of investment advisory experience, Gallagher provides consulting services and serves on the Vantage Wealth Investment Committee.

In addition, Gallagher is the Associate Director for Strategic Integration at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). Previously, he was the Director of Astrophysics. During his career, Dave was the project manager for the Space Interferometry Mission, the Spitzer Space Telescope, the Starlight Project and also led the team which built, tested, and launched the camera that fixed the Hubble Space Telescope. Dave graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. He serves on the board of Elizabeth House and is a member of Oakmont Country Club. Dave and his wife Kathy have three adult children and live in Glendale.

The Fed Recalibrates

Since we first issued our Outlook 2024 in January and in subsequent April and July newsletters, we have been confident in our prediction for the inevitable comeback of an equally weighted investment strategy.
